My App will allow you to create a full event overview. You will be able to track your guests responses as well as place them at specific tables. The app will provide an easy way to organize the room and place tables and organize features in the room such as the dance floor and stage as well. The ability to organize space and guests all in one place and then export the files to another devices are just a few unique aspects of the app.

Table Seating + is another app that can be used for seating guests and tracking their responses. You have the ability to choose certain table shapes and sizes as well as special meal requests. This program will also allow you to export lists into different files. With the Table Seating + you have the options of choosing to name tables and lock them once you like the seat placement.

There are no other seating apps but this app, The Knot Ultimate Wedding Planner allows brides to have a wedding day countdown as well as have various other features. None being a seating planner but they will soon be providing the ability to keep an list of those attending and not attending.
There are very few apps that allow seating to be done on IPads and IPhones. If looking at Table Seating +, I want to step it up. I want my new app to improve the seating process and make it convenient and easy. Wedding and other such events are stressful enough, The seating and guest list are two things that should be easily done and conveniently done.

The table seating app will allow for easy room layout for galas and other such special events. Coordinating people to sit with each other or not with each other will be a main feature of this app. The ease of tracking responses to the events will be built right into the program and will provide the planner with all the necessary information from meal choice and connecting them to the other people in their groups.

This will take the use of video cards to supply an image as well as enough memory to keep the computer running fast enough to make the program run smoothly.
The computer components will allow for all of the pieces of each aspect of the application to come together and run efficiently. On the computer program, it will be necessary for the hardware to be more or less updated to ensure fast use and to make sure the program is running to the best of its ability.

The Table seating app is to be used to coordinate seating charts and details for galas, weddings, as well as casual events. The app will have features to make planning an event easier and potentially stress free. The app will be able to connect to computers and transfer information from IPad to IPad and computer to computer.

In lecture we learned how to use excel. In this app, guest lists will be able to be exported into excel. To know how to properly sort and utilize this software will be helpful to ease the process of planning an event.
Using conditional formatting we will be able to color coat the responses. Green for those who are attending. Red for those who will not be attending the event. And finally yellow to those who have not yet responded. You will also be able to color coat and sort people by table and/or food requests.
The ability to use these functions will assist in the organization of the exported spreadsheets. Although the app will have its own easy to use functions. For those who need to receive a copy of the list and have not downloaded the app, they will be able to have an excel spreadsheet e-mailed or printed for them to utilize.

My concept is a table seating app. There are multiple programs available for your computer. However, in todays current technology craze there should be an app for your IPad. Along with the app for the IPad, you will be able to download an app onto your MAC for free. For PC users, software can be downloaded as well. When attending meetings with event planners or just for the ease of transport an app is an appropriate for todays world.
In this app the interface will be user friendly. The user will have the options to not only seat guests but use the app as a response tracker. There is one app called Seatingplanner+ however, this app does not provide all the necessary functions to easily plan an event. With the new app, there will be options to connect guests that must sit together or have requested to sit together. As well as functions to keep guests separated who cannot be seated near each other. Using the VIP function guests will be seated in the proper area of the room.
Users will have the ease of choosing from one of many templates to create place cards, labels and connect with the computer software. The ease of transferring information from computer to IPad or vice-versa will allow for friendly printer use and comfort for those new to IPad technology.
