The Table seating app is to be used to coordinate seating charts and details for galas, weddings, as well as casual events.  The app will have features to make planning an event easier and potentially stress free.  The app will be able to connect to computers and transfer information from IPad to IPad and computer to computer.

Lecture
In lecture we learned how to use excel.  In this app, guest lists will be able to be exported into excel.  To know how to properly sort and utilize this software will be helpful to ease the process of planning an event.

Using conditional formatting we will be able to color coat the responses.  Green for those who are attending.  Red for those who will not be attending the event.  And finally yellow to those who have not yet responded.  You will also be able to color coat and sort people by table and/or food requests.

The ability to use these functions will assist in the organization of the exported spreadsheets.  Although the app will have its own easy to use functions.  For those who need to receive a copy of the list and have not downloaded the app, they will be able to have an excel spreadsheet e-mailed or printed for them to utilize.
